The blog began as my first marathon adventure. Now, I train with the American Cancer Society for the ING Miami half marathon.

First pilates class...wow! From 3 minutes in until the hour was over, it was pushing to stretch myself...literally. My abs got worked out well, and I felt stronger yet tired at the end. It was a good class overall, and I'm so glad that I did it. Perfect salad afterwards too!
